Product Display and Display Colors
The Joe Cariati Glass web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. In addition, all of our colors are hand made in Germany and New Zealand, color hues will vary.
Shipping Policy
All order are considered custom and made exclusively for you, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. For estimated delivery time or rush delivery please feel free to contact us anytime.
Sales Tax Policy
Joe Cariati Glass is required to collect sales tax in California at the rate in effect at the time of shipping your order. The state tax rate will be calculated during the ordering process.
Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders using Paypal as well as most major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover Card® via PayPal shopping cart. Credit cards will be processed and charged upon checkout.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Joe Cariati Glass reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we decline your order, your payment will be reimbursed within 3 days.
Shipping
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Joe Cariati Glass shipping policies.
Returns
Due to the nature of the custom ordering process, returns are not accepted at this time unless an item is received damaged. Every effort is made to ensure that product does not ship unless it meets Joe's criteria of perfection. If you receive a damaged item, please notify Joe via telephone within 24 hours of receipt of goods to expedite return shipment of goods for inspection. You must retain all original packing materials and and remnants of broken glass/ product. Please choose confidently and carefully. Enjoy.
